Job Description
L&T conducts entry level recruitment of Engineering Diploma Holders as Junior Engineer Trainees (JETs) and Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs) for various businesses across the country.
Indicative Roles:
- Supervision at shop floor
- Operating specialised machines like CNC machines
- Tool Assembly
- 3D modelling using PDS Software, AutoCAD Drafting
- Manufacturing services like QA, Inspection, Procurement, Materials, etc.
- Sales & Servicing
- Plant Maintenance
- Project Management
The selection process covers an online test which assesses domain knowledge and cognitive aptitude, a personal interview and a medical examination.
